The perfect Staycation!

Stream Cottages is located on the edge of Chiddingly, a self contained rural retreat, within the grounds of our home (our house faces the Cottage). We are particularly suited for keen walkers who will enjoy our proximity for countryside walks on Vanguard Way. Our Cottage is the perfect base to explore Lewes, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne and the South Downs, Glyndebourne and Firle.
The Cottage has its own entrance plus key safe. Walk into an open plan lounge providing comfortable sofa , bijous dining area and kitchen, containing full oven and washing machine. Wet Room, one King (bed) bedroom, and loft stairs to a mezzanine floor for some extra space.
Please note that we ask for a pet fee of £20 per booking. We are located within a Hamlet of 8 houses so we would ask that you kindly respect our neighbours. It can be noisy in the warm weather as our home is semi-detached. We are in a rural area so if you plan to walk in the dark we would suggest Hi-Vis and a torch to help you see and be seen on the narrow country lanes. If it rains, it can be extremely muddy if you plan to walk so wellie boots are essential.
