The space
Welcome to your cosy seaside flat. Our family home was built to maximise the rugged South Coast. There is never a dull moment taking in these views. Only a short drive into the CBD to make the most that Wellington has to offer. 15 minute drive from the airport, hospital and CBD.
Interior Highlights:
Living Spaces and Kitchen;
Open plan Kitchen, dining and living room. Modern full kitchen including dishwasher, oven fridge and dinning table that seats 4. Living room includes a couch and TV (Netflix and WIFI). This comfy space has sea view’s from the large kitchen window and glass sliding door. There is also a Heat pump and carpeted floors in the living room.
Bedrooms: The home offers one full bedroom, it features a Queen bed, Large open wardrobe and beautiful sea views and French doors. There is also a single bed in an open room space between the bedroom and living spaces. This space isn’t closed off from the living space but has a door between it and the master bedroom. Both bedroom spaces are carpeted.
Bathroom: One full bathroom off the living space. With a shower, toilet and vanity with lino flooring.
Exterior Features:
Front garden area offers a perfect setting for enjoying the view and having a peaceful moment.
Guest access
As our valued guests, you will have full private access to the bottom house during your stay. This includes all indoor living areas, bedroom, one bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to make use of all the appliances and amenities provided in the home, from the kitchen appliances to the laundry facilities. There is onsite free parking available for your stay.

Very impressive view, saw dolphins from the shower which was a novelty! Great for the dog, not fenced in but there is a great dog beach close by and a bush walk just up the road.

This flat has incredible views of Wellington’s south coast. The flat itself is self-contained, spacious, with on-site parking. I really appreciated the washing machine and separate drier. However, it needed a good clean. There was mould above the shower and mouse dirt in the kitchen cupboards. The fridge also needed a good clean. With a bit of elbow-grease this place could be a true gem.
