This modern villa was completely renovated in 2020 and consists of 3 apartments. The top apartment is spread over 2 floors in an open-concept layout. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub, and the garden has a pool shared by all three apartments. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. The beach is 400 meters away and features a lovely promenade. You’ll have a private parking spot so you can explore the beautiful nearby beaches by rental car.

The modern villa was completely renovated in 2020 and is located 400 meters from Susanj Beach in Bar. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops on the beach. The promenade runs from the beach along the waterfront to the harbor, past countless cafes and restaurants, all the way to the city center, where you’ll find many more bars and boutiques featuring Italian fashion. The promenade also features a playground for children, tennis courts, outdoor fitness equipment, and much more. In addition, a path leads from the beach into a forest where you can enjoy a wonderful jog and use the exercise equipment.
The property also offers bicycle rentals.
The property has private parking where you can park your rental car or personal vehicle for free. A rental car is highly recommended, as it allows you to quickly visit stunning beaches and romantic old towns from Bar.
