Amazing and quiet place to recharge

apartments have amazing sea views and are clean, spacious, and well air-conditioned. The pool is great, and the pebble beach is a major plus—it's 3 minutes away, clean, quiet, and has free chairs.

It's a perfect spot if you have a car, as there are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you love coffee, just be prepared to bring your own drinking water and a coffee machine. On the downside, a broken shower wasn't fixed during the stay, and there was a slight smell from the drain for a couple of days. But we could live with it considering other pros.

Contact trough the information from Booking site wasn’t working. No response on e mail and telefoon number call was no answer. Finally Trough what’s app there was contact with the host. He gave the key and some explanation about the parking. - bedroom warm no AC. Only a fan.

Wasn’t clean when we arrived. No AC in the sleeping room, only one card per family. If the card is not plugged in, no AC is on. Hot room when coming back from the beach, food was very bad.

Pretty much nothing. All of above wasted our point of view.

This apartment is listed but not ready by any means for period booked by us. We sent SMS called sent email. No response. We waited over 1.5h to start water, electricity, get linen, etc. It was extremely cold over night so we slept in our sleeping bags.

Pleasant, but very disapointing

The location is good, & the food is great, but it is unfortunately the only thing good `bout this place.

SAFETY, more fire extinguisher, more 1 st aid kit`s.There are none of these things to be found on the compound. There is no "house rules" printed...guests have no idea, & some have none respect for other guests...there are also no smoke alarms.

Nincs mellékhelység csak a szobákban, a recepciós udvariatlan, a szobában üvegszilánkok voltak, piszkos asztalterítő, az étteremben magunknak kellett visszavinni a tányérokat, poharakat.

C’est dommage car il y a un gros potentiel.

Le cadre, la vue, l’espace piscine très bien, le petit déjeuner très correct avec une belle vue et qui changeait tous les jours. Le monsieur au bar très sympathique.

Appartement non confortable, il y faisait extrêmement chaud, la Clim du salon fonctionnant mal cela ne rafraîchissait pas la chambre. 2 grandes baies vitrées et ni rideaux occultants bo volets roulant donc le jour des 5h du matin en plus de la chaleur. Beaucoup de choses mal entretenues dans l’appartement et eau non potable au robinet. Gérant peu aimable.

Also, der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer war wirklich schön, und es war meist auch sehr ruhig. Parkplatz ebenso vorhanden. Hübscher Strand

Wir sind als Familie verreist und hatten eigentlich ständig das Gefühl, irgend etwas falsch zu machen. Wahrscheinlich auch ein psychologischer Trick mit den 150€ Kaution (da soviele Dinge im Zimmer von Anfang an schadhaft sind, hat man dauernd das Gefühl, dies wird einem angehängt, war dann zum Glück nicht so) . Auch habe ich mehr bezahlt als bei booking angegeben. Wenige Euros, aber trotzdem. Der erste Teil wurde auf ein polnisches Konto transferiert, beim Gastgeber nachgefragt, bekam ich nie Antwort. War mir bis zur Anreise nicht sicher, ob ich gehackt wurde, oder ob das Geld an die richtige Stelle floss. Es gibt den fast Privatstrand, der ist schön und nett zu schnorcheln. ABER: es sind Liegen für die unterschiedlichen Arabela Apt. reserviert, und am ersten Tag waren wir alleine dort. Toll. Nur leider haben wir den Fehler gemacht uns auf die falschen Liegen zu liegen. Wie schon erwähnt, wir waren alleine am Strand. Mein Mann wurde dann mit Kind und Gepäck verscheucht, als ich im Wasser war. An der richtigen Stelle angekommen hat mein Kind dann die falschen Matte berührt, wurde ihr aus der Hand gerissen, und auf einen leeren Liegestuhl gelegt. Am letzten Tag war dann der für uns vorgesehene Platz plötzlich auch nicht mehr in Ordnung, und wir sollten wieder mit Kind und Gepäck auf einen anderen Platz. Haben das abgelehnt. Reine Schikane. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, unfassbar unfreundliches Klientel. Zur Ausstattung im Zimmer: sehr viele kaputte Dinge, mein Mann hat durchgehend Sachen repariert. Einmal in 6 Tagen haben wir Klopapier und Handtücher bekommen. Tagelang kein warmes Wasser. Bei der Zimmer Übergabe wurde uns dann gezeigt, wie ich den Warmwasserboiler anwerfen hätte können,...tja, schwierig ohne House rules und Kommunikation. Empfangen wird man, mit: wann kommt der zweite Teil des Geldes und - hier sind die Mülltonnen. Besen stehen demonstrativ vor jeder Tür, etc.,etc. Next time: etwas mehr bezahlen - und nicht mehr schlecht fühlen.

Три дні релаксу в Арабеллі! Чудове містечко Утєха, з чудовими краєвидами. Апартаменти студіо з видом на море це рай для душі. В апаратах чудова кровать, удобний матрац, кухня, холодильник, є необхідний посуд, гаряча , холодна вода. Вайфай працює без перебоїв. Гарна ванна кімната. Балкон з меблями- чудове місце для прийому їжі. На території є гарний басейн з ліжками, пляж метрів 150 є ліжаки, є місця на гальці. Море чудове, але ще прохолодне. Чудові працівники, прийняли, допомогли. Рафаель респект. Я би рекомендувала Утєху для тихого, спокійного відпочинку. Краще на своєму авто, бо дуже мало магазинів.А в цілому дуже гарні чудові краєвиди. Арабеллі за гостинність 🤗 респект!!

Нема в ванній кімнаті шампуню, мало гачків для рушників, нема тумби під багаж. Все ....
