I was in Florida for the Miss Florida pageant with my 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. The tiny house was perfect. The location was great for us. We went to the pool, the playground, and we were in easy driving distant to Dinosaur World and the beach. (Leave early to the beach, it may be 60 miles, but traffic is everything.)I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because I never once talked to anyone during the entire rental process. I didn’t necessarily need to, so it was ok. The community was very friendly and I could see myself living here.

This was the cutest little cottage! As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home. It was festively decorated and clean. We had everything we needed. We used the gym, basketball court and even did a little fishing! 10/10 recommended this place.
