Overall we enjoyed our stay in Lakeland at this property. It was a perfect size for 2 adults, and the extra bedroom worked out great when my grandchildren stayed over. Newer kitchen and bathrooms were well done, and loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the screened lanai area. Couldn't beat the location--very close to all shopping, restaurants, main highways, even the park across the way was very nice!A couple of suggestions for improvement: Only 1 TV in the unit - would be nice to have another TV in at least one or both bedrooms. Although the kitchen had most everything you'd need, there were no coffee mugs - only small cups that come with the dinnerware set (we ended up buying our own mugs). There were no hangers in the 2 closets in the bedrooms for us to hang our clothes. Also, there was no dresser in the main bedroom to put our clothes in--we lived out of our suitcase for the week. Suggestion would be to remove the keyboard and add a dresser in its place. The 2 sofas, while a good size, were not very comfortable to sit in for any length of time--although they were clean, the cushions on both sofas seemed older and lost their spring (suggestion would be a larger, newer sectional). Overall, the cleanliness and location were great and I would consider staying here again if I were back to this area of Florida.

This condo was very clean which made for a comfortable stay. We arrived just as the power went out. Although we always travel with our own flashlights, a working flashlight was available along with battery powered candles. These were used a 2nd time during the week when the power went out again. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary items needed to cook our meals. Only suggestion would be to consider providing a few basic spices or at least salt and pepper. For the coffee lovers in the group the Keurig and provided coffee pods were nice to have. Communication with the owner was very good and a quick response was given when contacted. Overall, clean and spacious condo that we would enjoy coming back to when in town.
