Centre AC, kitchen, indoor utility, outdoor deck overlooking the lake. Near universities, colleges and shopping plaza, minutes away from downtown Lakeland, main library and lakeland museum. 2.4 miles from Polk Parkway, easy to travel to Tampa and Orlando. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. From the moment we arrived it felt like a home away from home. Exceptionally clean, very well equipped. The host was a great communicator. There is a large fenced yard and a deck overlooking a pretty little lake. We liked it so much that we booked for next year before we checked out! Can’t wait to return next year.

Everything was exactly as described. This was our first time renting through vrbo and the host was very friendly and helpful and was willing to take time to explain things to us. When we had questions, we received answers very quickly.
