Lovely studio preferably for two people . Include kitchen (microwave, refrigerator), TV (Smart TV-Roku), closet, wifi over fiber optic cable (INTERNET SPEED -Up to 100Mbps-download speed / Up to 10Mbps-upload speed). Pool and laundry (wash and drying) at the first floor.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Only 13 min in car to Old San Juan. 9 min in car from the airport.
Walking distance to Loiza street, supermarket (Super Max 24/7) , restaurants, casinos, hotels ( La Concha, Condado Plaza & The Vanderbilt),pharmacies (Farmacia Mercier Drug store 1.5 blocks away on 1511 C.Loíza),clubs, bars.
For security, the facilities of the condominium has cameras (24/7) in common areas such as the elevator.
Lock Box Check-In. No need for car.
There are 2 elevators with key access to your floor.
There is free parking available on the property. Limited parking first come first serve.

EVERYTHINGGGGGGGGG WAS AMAZING MY STAY MY BIRTHDAY THE BEACH THE PEACE AND QUIET AMAZING .THE HOST WAS AMAZING I FOUND ONE OF MY FAVORITE STAYS WORTH THE TRIP .THANKS TO CARLOS HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO MAKE SURE THE CLEANINESS AND NECESITIES WAS A PLUS.I WOULD STAY AGAIN.
