    The facilities are quite old and worn out. The sofa and bed sheets were not clean. The toilet was outside/downstairs, no toilet paper. The place did not have a heart, hospitality. The feeling was that elements were taken from instagram, yet no real caring for guests. Yet the biggest disappointment, the reason why we changed the place 2 hours after arrival, was incredibly annoying and loud karaoke right next to our room. It was 2PM, heat of the day, the neighbors were drinking viskey and having long hours of questionable performance. Another flaw was that there were nothing at the place, no catering, no snacks, not even water. Two option for food delivery, yet very inconvienent if you stay several days. The host did not really spoke English, which did not made it easy to fix anything. Before our arrival we asked couple questions, yet no any reaction to those. (about pick up from the train station and potential lift to the waterfalls). Oh, the place has a good potential of water activities, but the water in the river was covered with some oil, so even a refreshment in the river did not seemed to be ok…

    Stayed over for a few nights in December with my family. We took the 2 bedroom unit which turned out to be a capsule on a raft. Liked it was an individual unit that is not mixed with the the other units, offering privacy. Staff on site are contacted thru LINE app and responds within 15minutes when needed.

    It is an excellent spot on the water, with two big beds and an outdoor dining space with a freshwater pool. Tandem kayaks and paddle boats were available free of charge. You can paddle for miles but be prepared to paddle hard up currents. The Erawan Falls are just a short drive north, making it a fun spot for nature lovers.
