Door Janna

The Riad is absolutely gorgeous and really well maintained. Staff is extremely kind. There’s nothing you will not like.

We liked everything.

All the staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much of a problem, they were all so helpful. The area is very safe but the staff even escorted us at 4am to our excursion pick up point. The hotel is stunning, there is a lovely cosy louge room to chill and play board games. My favourite location in the hotel was the seating indoors next to the rectangle fountain, so tranquil. Breakfast wow... alot but so delicious, love the morrocan spiced eggs. This is the hotel I'll definitely come back to. Thanks sooo much Raja and the rest of the Door Janna team for our lovely stay ❤️.

The hotel was like an oasis of calm and tranquility after a day out in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech

Nothing

The atmosphere, the attention to beautiful design details, the breakfasts!, and all the staff were so friendly and attentive.

That I didn't make taxi reservations directly through the hotel prior to arriving at the airport. We had transportation that dropped us off at a traffic circle far from our Riad. We were so lost. When the gentleman who greeted us at Door Janna saw what we looked like (exhausted and very sweaty) he sat us right down in a cool, comfortable area and brought us tea and sweets while he took care of the paperwork and our bags. We definitely booked our taxi with them to return to the airport. A lovely young man at the hotel took our bags by cart from the Riad to the awaiting taxi. You won't really understand what an amazing service this is until you have to pull bags over cobblestone through alleyways in the dark if your random taxi driver drops you off far from Riad Door Janna.
