stay 42 Gwangjang

Although it's a hostel concept, everything is completed from kitchen with refrigerator, free laundromat, Coway water filter for water refill any time and sewing supplies. Most importantly, it has private bathroom and it is separated from the room (two doors both with locks). Host is very responsive, friendly and easy to check-in/check-out without 1 to 1 interaction. The bed and pillows are soft and very comfortable. The room also has extension cord (4 available sockets and USB ports) so you can use multiple appliances. Basically like a standard hotel's amenities (with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, tv, chairs, table, hangers, even an in-room refrigerator etc) but just smaller spaces and simpler process. I stayed here solo to attend a concert, this hostel is very near to Yes24 Live Hall (about 250-300m, very walkable). The hostel is about 7 minutes walk from Gwangnaru train station and K-limousine airport bus stop, if you bring a luggage, note that the pavements are textured. will have a slight uphill incline and need to cross zebra crossings 2-4 times so dragging even a cabin sized luggage will tire you so I took an Uber to Gwangnaru station which costed like 6500KRW. K-limousine airport bus is only 18,000KRW each way to/from Gwangnaru stop. The hostel is homey and definitely recommend.

1) Narrow steep staircase at main door so you have to be careful and if you have bulky luggage you'll need to drag it up the stairs a bit 2) Small face towels provided instead of a full size bath towels 3) Window cannot fully block outside light at night so I couldn't sleep soundly 4) There's no halal food options for muslim nearby, closest is around 4-6km away so make sure you arrange for food requirement or you need to take train/Uber. Shuttle delivery also don't have halal/vegan options nearby this place, you will need to physically go out for halal/vegan food.

備品應有盡有，天天可以洗衣服這點很好 也有飲水機咖啡機微波爐等 房間空間跟整潔度也不錯

地點只有去KSPO方便其他都不方便 只看演唱會的話可以不適合順便觀光 附近餐廳多但都關得很早沒什麼能選擇 比較偏住宅區

Fairly clean. Good kitchen.

Door lock quite unresponsive. Ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. Air conditioner filter badly needed replacing as the air coming out was stinky.
