The property was light, bright, very modern and very clean.
The name is deceiving. The apartment is actually on the 3rd floor of the ACQUA BUILDING, which is a newish, well maintained, 6 floor residential block. There are no staff affiliated with Bookings.com on site. The unit, on the 3rd floor has hinterland views , all windows and balcony doors open onto Gold Coast highway, so even with everything closed up there is no escaping the traffic noise 24 hours a day. The westerly aspect makes the unit very hot in the afternoon, although the 2 big split systems work efficiently.
