The cookware. We needed saucepans and pans that the coating was not coming off. We like to cook and ate very health conscious so this was something we missed.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The place was clean and unbelievable views. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Palm Beach. We had the best time!! Can’t wait to go back.

The only feedback I’d give which I know others have mentioned already but having another set of keys would be beneficial. I also think having more products like laundry detergents would be great.

The location of the apartment was spot on. A short walk to the beach, the Surf Club for lunch and great local restaurants and amenities.

The main issue for me as a single guest, was the fact that the large glass balcony door to the outdoor seating area refused to close and lock securely on the fourth night. I was staying in a 2 bed apartment on the sixth floor and even though I sent off an email message to what I thought was a supplied booking.com address that could assist me with this issue, I received no reply, nor heard nothing until the following day. Therefore that night the apartment was unsecured and I couldn’t sleep well knowing that anyone could access the apartment from the next door apartment or climb up and access it by those nefarious means. Unfortunately nothing was fixed or remedied for all the remaining days and nights I was at the apartment, having to vacate on the morning of the seventh day to return home.
