It’s location and the view from the apartment and underground parking
The only thing I can think of that the apartment faces north west and gets a little hot in the afternoon, solution I closed the curtains and turned on the aircon to cool

Location - beach front was excellent. Great view from all rooms
Facilities were excellent - especially the pool !
Security a plus
Unit was spacious and well set out
Car parking was tight.
And limited visitor parking

Good location on the beach and close to Currumbin Creek. Great pool, decent tennis court, can walk to the surf club and Coles etc. Nice view.
The carpark is a nightmare, don’t try and bring a 4WD, it won’t fit. Also felt for the price it was not great value for money. Had to wash some dirty dishes left from the last guests.
