    Pleasant surprise to find an attractive pool adjacent to our apartment with a very large 35degree pool and spa too plus bbq, shower etc. A real bonus is the location beside the surf and the estuary, and the one minute walk to an excellent coffee shop in the park. I would stay again.

    Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Close to a good cafe and restaurants. Pools are well maintained. Really worth the money.

    In experienced staff no empathy or consideration for the guest ' Room had bathroon reno going on from 7am to 3pm had to spend day out due to noise. Was told I should I booked Surface Paradise if I wanted ocean view which I did request .Second hand furniture in unit ,carpet ripples,floors and grout need scrubing .Just was a major disappointment all round look before you book to avoid disappointent.Flet like a bogan and treated the same when I brought up the location of room and noise and were not impressed that I booked through this site .
