The room is comfortable, and it has all the facilities I need, and it is cheap,
The apartment is like an oven after 13:00 , because the apartment faces to west. When the sun light directly into the room , it is an oven and the air-conditioning not strong enough, and I have to go out everyday after 13:00 and come back at 17:00 . There is no way you can stay in the room. The host should clean the air filter for the air conditioning. The air filter is too dirty that is why the air conditioning not strong

We stayed at this unit in One Uptown Residences from March 23 to April 4, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made our stay even more convenient.
The unit itself is simple, clean, and thoughtfully laid out; just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is truly superb. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance.
A special mention to the building staff. They were consistently polite, warm, and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to others!
We noticed that the air conditioning struggles a bit during the hotter afternoons. Adding a small fan could really help keep the space more comfortable.
