Location is good. Close to Mitsukoshi and Uptown. The unit is a good size. Cooker with oven a bonus. Decent fridge freezer. Unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent. I was able to use the dining table as a workstation.

The building is pet friendly. No guests allowed. Usually at least two lifts out of use - Can be busy at peak times. Too many ornaments, cushions, etc. in the unit. No hot water to kitchen sink (common in Philippines?). Loose faucet in bathroom. Wobbly toilet seat. Slow drainage in shower. Shower partition only - no door.

It was easy to get the keys. Good points: The room was neat, the Wi-Fi speed was good, and the sofa and bed were comfortable for relaxing. There is a kitchen and a washing machine, and it is close to establishments such as bars, shopping malls, and restaurants.

There was a clear miscommunication on their part. I acknowledged that I had misunderstood my request to check in earlier than the scheduled time. Although the request was automatically approved through Booking’s system, the owner showed no remorse and did not acknowledge any fault on their end. They should have informed me in advance that my request could not be accommodated due to their own reasons. They should not be blaming the system if they are aware that approvals happen automatically. Things to improve: The staff was stubborn, the shampoo bottle should be replaced or fixed since it has no pump, the toilet faucet was loose, and there was no water heater.

The house is beautifully decorated and in a great location, close to uptown mall, with good food, drinks, entertainment and everything else. It's also very safe, but the only downside is that the water heater in this room is hard to adjust, either very cold or very hot.2nd downside the cleaner is woken up early in the morning and he will ring the doorbell to collect the garbage everyday.

The location was great, right next to a bunch of great food and the uptown mall, the staff were helpful and friendly, nice view on the 34th floor.

The entire bathroom experience almost ruined the stay. There was NO HOT WATER anywhere in the apartment, there was black mold in the shower and sink, the toilet seat was broken, and the faucet was completely loose in the bathroom. If the bathroom were fixed I'd recommend staying here, but as is I highly suggest getting a hotel room for the same price.
