Pool only but not the flair
This is honestly one of the worst staycation experiences I’ve ever had. The property we booked on the app was not what we got—without any prior notice, they suddenly transferred us to Fame Tower. Apparently, the original unit in Flair Tower is infested with cockroaches (which they conveniently failed to disclose beforehand). Imagine paying in full and only finding this out after everything is settled.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency. None of their policies were clearly listed on the booking app. Instead, they only sent them after payment was completed—how is that even acceptable? On top of that, they charged a utility fee, which I’ve never encountered in all my years of booking staycations.
This whole situation feels misleading and poorly handled. Guests deserve honesty and proper disclosure, not last-minute surprises and hidden charges. Honestly, super disappointing.
