Beautiful home

Beautiful home, beautiful area, and a 10 minute drive to the beach. Fit us all comfortably.

Not much I didn't like. The only thing I would add is a few more kitchen items. There was no strainer or can opener but we made it work.

A nice, convenient place to stay in Huntington Beach with roomy indoor and comfortable outdoor area.

The house was exactly as pictured, and it did have pretty much everything we needed to be able to cook and get ready for our adventures around town. We appreciated the parking was convenient and we were able to have our family visit us while in town for Mother's Day.

I did not like having to download an app to try to get into the house and it did not work at all with the code the property manager sent because she sent it a full day before we arrived and it expired so would not work when we arrived late on Friday night. Also, I told the manager we were arriving late around 9 pm and yet she would not answer when I called because the code did not work. I was tired from working then traveling there and it upset me a great deal that I could not get in the door. Then, I called Nancy over and over trying to get help and she declined my call and would not answer except to text me back with a new code which finally worked. We went to bed immediately upon arrival since we live in central time zone, so we were very tired when we arrived. The next morning, I got a better look at the place, and I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place since there was hair all along the baseboards in both bathrooms and the rugs looked dirty. When I sent pictures to Nancy, she did not offer to do anything about it just gave me some lame excuse that they recently fired a cleaner because of issues like that. Then somehow, she thought telling me she had done a final walkthrough herself the previous day was sufficient to excuse the lack of cleanliness. Other times we have stayed in Huntington Beach the property manager sent a cleaner over to make sure things were taken care of. We spent over 1200.00 for 3 days, so I expected the place to be immaculate and extremely comfortable. It was just OK. We had a great time with our family there, so that made up for the problems with the place, but it was still a bit disappointing.
