The studio is spatious and has a very nice design. Spatious veranda. The kitchen has everything you need for short a staying.
The area is and will be under construction so your view will suffer for at least one more year. If you stay during the working days be aware that the construction work starts at 8:00 AM.

Good choice for a short stay in Timișoara
The apartment is practically arranged and a great option for those who value a good location and convenient parking – having a parking spot right in front of the building is a big plus. Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, which adds to the overall comfort and functionality. All in all, the apartment offers good value for money – a solid 9 and a recommendation for a short stay!
Cleanliness is at a satisfactory level (rating 8), while the comfort of the bed in the living room could be improved.

Good spatious apartment, fair value for the money. Friendly staff, free underground parking.
Unfortunately, cleanliness of the apartment is a bug minus. There not visible dirt/dust but specifically around all kitchen appliances everthyng had spots on, or they were sticky or something that didn't inspire trust and need thorough washing before use. It applies to: pots, glasses, mugs, plates, cutterley, almost anything we had to use in the kitchen.

Sve je bilo čisto i uredno, apartman je imao sve što treba da sadrži. Dobili smo detaljne instrukcije za ulazak u apartman, komunikacija sa domaćinom je bila na vrhunskom nivou.
