The kitchen was missing some basic cookware such as pots and pans. There were only a few plates and some cutlery available. Adding more kitchen equipment would make the stay even more comfortable.

Modern and peaceful

The room was very clean, a very modern and quiet room. The area it is in is very quiet and peaceful. The roads in the area are not so good but that's not the accomodations problem 😆 The host very friendly and understanding. The couch extends and is very big and spacious. The bathtub is big 😯 The bathtub does not have a curtain shower and you don't have a wiping mop to clean the floor so it just remains wet 😅

Good

The place is in a new and modern building with electronic locks and access. That's a whole new neighborhood there. There are a lot of parking places. We had two apartments both very clean. The host is very helpful and gives you clear instructions on how to get there and where to park your car. We marked that we needed a baby cot and the host provided one for us. We liked it there.

Little things that would make your stay 10 stars. We had two apartments for 8 people. That little thing that can be better is that you don't need it after long travel to make the couch for sleep, search the bed linen and put it on, put the pillows in the pillowcases, just to make it possible for kids to lay down. That is something that the staff needs to do when preparing the room. There were only 2 bath towels for 4 people. In the second apartment there was no second flat sheet for the couch. And in hot summer it would be a nice touch to put a bottle of water in the fridge like a compliment for the guests.

Good value for a big family

The host was extremely amiable. When he told us to let him know if we needed anything, he meant it. The apartments are spacious, clean, and in a brand new building. The bed was very firm, so if you appreciate a firm bed, you will be comfortable. The on-site parking is great and it is easy to get into the city from here. There is an elevator which is helpful when you have lots of bags and children.

Very cosy, quiet and private

The appartment is very clean and cosy, it feels like home. The host was very friendly and flexible, we needed to check-in earlier and they made it possible for us. Highly appreciate their support. The location is also very quiet. Already booked it again for our next family event.

Multumim, Visaj Nova!

Comunicarea, grija pentru confortul oaspetilor, toate detaliile care iti dau linistea unei sederi placute, de la parcare, intrare securizata cu cod, deci nu umbli cu chei, acces cu liftul la etaje, televizor de calitate, bucatarie utilata... Vom reveni si recomandam cu placere.

Prljavo

Rezervisala sam 5 apartmana oslanjajući se na visoku ocenu (9.7) i strašno se razočarala. Meni je higijena apartmana na prvom mestu, a ovde je bilo jako prljavo, mislim da nije očišćeno uopšte posle prethodnih gostiju. Morala sam da ribam toalet vlažnim maramicama da bi mogli da ga koristimo. Iza daske je bio sloj prljavštine, kao i ispod sedećeg dela. U ormaru smo nasli par komada smeća, uložak (sreća neiskorišćen) i tonu prašine. Deca su mi mala i dosta vremena provode na podu, pantalone su im bile izuzetno prljave. Jedan od bračnih kreveta smo morali sami da nameštamo. Vlasnik je u komunikaciji pre dolaska rekao da će se potruditi da završe što pre jer je puno ljudi otišlo (ulazak u apartman je inače od 15h, vlasnik je sam odredio, dužan je da obezbedi da apartman bude čist i spreman u vreme koje je sam odredio). U većini apartmana nije bilo dovoljno (ili uopšte) šolja, časa, escajga, u nekima nije bilo džezve uopste itd. Mi konkreno nismo imali ni peškire, a kad smo tražili da nam daju, objašnjeno nam je da je standard sa se za 4 ljudi daje 2 velika i 2 mala peškira. Ne znam čiji je to standard, ali ja se prvi put susrećem sa njim, ne praktikujem da lice i noge brišem istim peškirom. Zgrada gde su apartmani se nalazi u zabačenom delu, a okružuje je gradilište. Ulične rasvete tu nema. Naš apartman je bio na prizemlju, bez ikakve roletne ili zavese u "dnevnij sobi" i kihinji, odnosno hodniku, taki da smo uveče bili maksimalno izloženi svima sa parkinga

Lijep i nov smještaj

Nov i lijep stan, mirna lokacija, domaćin nenametljiv, a uvijek dostupan po potrebi. Ugodna malo dulja šetnja do centra grada, a autom max 10 min..Mogli smo izaći iz smještaja malo poslije što nam je puno značilo u tom trenutku. Mirno i tiho, kreveti udobni, osjećali smo se opušteno i kao kod kuće. Preporučujem!

Za kratki boravak je bilo dovoljno svega i ništa nam nije nedostajalo.

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la această locație, am fost cu familia și am rezervat 2 apartamente, ambele au fost apartamente noi, moderne, amenajate cu tot ce ai nevoie, foarte spațioase și foarte curate,confortabile situate într-o zonă liniștită dar cu acces rapid cu mașina spre centrul orașului. Comunicarea cu proprietarul și self check-in ul au fost foarte ușoare.

Hai să vedem ce putem spune. Am fost contactată de gazdă pe mesageria Booking și am fost întrebată dacă sunt de acord să primesc informațiile legate de cazare pe WhatsApp. Deja mi s-a părut un gest profesionist să întrebi acest lucru. Pe WhatsApp am primit filmulețe mai mult decât explicative legate de check-in și un document PDF care răspunde la toate întrebările. Se vede că s-a lucrat la el – e scurt, precis și foarte bine structurat. Merită apreciat. Parcare gratuită la locație, fără grija că, dacă ajungi mai târziu, nu mai găsești loc. Apartamentul este mare, spațios, curat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar. Internet WiFi de mare viteză, apă caldă la orice oră. Un aspect care mi-a plăcut în mod special este faptul că locația colectează selectiv gunoiul – reciclabil și menajer. Un lucru demn de laudă. Am apreciat și faptul că gazda a pregătit o scrumieră pe balcon pentru fumători. De asemenea, mi-a plăcut că apartamentul este situat într-o zonă liniștită. Un alt plus: în living există o masă mare, foarte practică dacă ai nevoie de spațiu de lucru sau vrei să te desfășori în voie. Și, nu în ultimul rând, profesionalismul doamnei Mirela, cu care am comunicat. Cuvintele folosite în conversația de pe WhatsApp chiar fac diferența uneori. Foarte profi. P.S. Lucrez în marketing… :)

Apartamente mari, curate, dotate şi nu departe de centru

Am fost plăcut impresionaţi de mărimea apartamentului, şi ne-a plăcut faptul că la două dormitoare am avut două băi cu wc şi duş. De asemenea a fost curat şi am dispus de tot ce am avut nevoie. Am folosit puţin bucătăria dar ce ne-a trebuit a fost acolo, şi totul curat.

În prima seară unii oaspeţi ai hotelului au dat o petrecere până după miezul nopţii. I-am scris proprietarului şi a reacţionat promt, aşa că am putut apoi dormi :)
