Amazing apartment

Everything here was amazing, but what was most amazing was the apartment owner and her kindness. The apartment is big, the beds are comfortable, you have everything that's needed in the apartment and everything was very clean. You even have some extras in the bathroom, like shampoo, toothpaste etc. in case you forgot something. Parking is also available, which is another plus. The location is great, less than 5 minutes by foot to the main city squares, and there is a supermarket in the same building. The owner is really kind and helpful, and she's responding to the messages on the Booking platform quickly, in less than a few minutes. But what delighted me the most was the owner's gesture on the latest day of our stay. We had a problem with our car battery, so we couldn't start the car. I asked the owner just for the charging cables, she did her best to help us out and even offered to stay another night for free in case we couldn't fix the car. This is something that I've never experienced before in any country, and it really brings me back the belief into the human warmth. So to conclude, 10/10 recommendations for this great apartment and all the best to the owner in the future.

The only objections are the stairs that take you to the apartment, they're steep so you need to be careful when using them.

Lovely

The location is brilliant - it's only a couple hundred meters from the city center. Meaning you can walk to the center in 3 minutes, but you also get to sleep in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, and the host thought of some really nice details like providing cards and a chess set. The kitchenette has everything you can possibly need, including a water heater, toaster and microwave. Bonus points for enough hooks and hangers in the bathroom, for both towels and clothes (for some reason most places expect you to levitate your towels and a change of clothes when you shower). The building looks a bit rundown, but none of that can be noticed inside and it didn't impact our feeling of safety. Speaking of safety, you can't enter the courtyard without a key or pin so that means the parking is also secure. It rained a lot during our stay, so we spent more time than usual inside. And I'm really happy that happened here, because the apartment is really comfy and warm, made us feel at home.

Perfect experience

The apartment was wonderful, clean and cosy, with everything that is needed for pleasant stay. Kitchen area is oriented towards inner courtyard, and sleeping and living area is oriented towards quiet street, so the place was quiet and pieceful. There is a free parking in the yard, which is super convenient if you are arriving by car. The host was really nice and friendly. Walk to the city center is very short and lovely, you go across the bridge on Bega river, passing next to the park and cathedral. We were impressed with city parks, they are absolutely beautiful. I heartily recommend this apartment and visit to this surprisingly beautiful city.

Excelent stay, in an excelent area!

Very nice apartment in an old building. Very close to the city center, and close to the tram station. The apartment is nicely furnished and up to date, equipped with everything you need for your stay.

This has nothing to do with the property, but Google Maps does not take you right to the address, it actually take you across the street. Just be aware of that.

even though It was ok, I would not come here again

good location - very close to the center and a shop right in this house, very polite owner and high ceilings create a lot of air and space

I am a very fastidious traveler and comfort is very important to me. the apartment is not the most modern. 1 stovetop out of 2 does not work in the kitchen and almost all kitchen utensils are greasy. it is not pleasant to touch and I couldn't go to the bathroom without rubber slippers.

Amazing place and friendly host

Maria has a very lovely apartment in a historical building close to the city center (5-10 minutes walk). The place is big enough for 2 people with a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious bedroom/living area. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything a guest would need (even nail polish remover if you can believe it) and the huge shower was a nice addition. But aside from the great amenities and quiet street, we also appreciated a lot the private parking spot and Maria’s hospitality, attention to detail and flexibility. We were here for a full week working remotely while enjoying the city and truly felt at home from the first moment, great welcome, friendly neighbors, quiet and super clean place… We visit Timisoara about once a year so I am sure we will return and definitely recommend!

Oltre la posizione niente non mi ha soddisfatto

La struttura si presenta in un contesto di case con valore storico ma con una facciata da degrado tipo favelas Sporco , molto sporco , scale di accesso non luminate ,per una donna impensabile di farla arrivare di notte . Il host disponibile è carino per una richiesta che avevo inoltrato visto l’orario di arrivo molto tardi dovuto all’orario del volo . Da evitare anche se vicino al centro .

Posizione, parcheggio, e in generale l'appartamento quasi superlativo. Lo status del condominio ha spaventato un po' i miei genitori, ma ci hanno ripensato appena entrati! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e voto su booking ben meritato.
