Majesty Luxury Prime Cruise by Premier Group

This was unbelievably amazing. Absolutely everything was great. Boat gorgeous, rooms dreamy with the big windows and balcony to take in all the scenery. Bath with huge window to soak in while the beautiful bay drifted by. The staff and organisation were incredible. They couldn’t do enough for us. I had a foot massage which was also incredible. The food was also excellent and they would bring out as much as you like. I would highly recommend this as an experience.

Nothing

The boat was really nice and rooms were great. Staff were extremely friendly and tried their best to ensure I was having a great time. Heads up for this great guy called David ( can't remember his Vietnamese name unfortunately) but he was the highlight of my Ha Long Bay trip. He went above and beyond for sure.

We had a wonderful room 201

Nothing

• Service – Overall it was good, and it was clear the staff were making an effort to provide excellent service so we’d be satisfied. However, during meal times they insisted everyone stay in the dining room; couples who wanted to go out to the balcony were asked to come back inside 🤔 • Facilities – The room was high standard with a small, cute balcony. It was very clean. The only thing missing was a proper bathroom door… there was only a curtain… • Spa – It was excellent, the therapists were attentive, and it was very enjoyable! Along with the stunning view, this is what saved the cruise.

• Meals – It was terrible. Inedible. Good thing we brought some snacks with us, otherwise we wouldn’t have eaten at all. The food was dry, tasteless, not fresh, and simply not edible. As for drinks - in the evening they ran out of regular Coke (which isn’t included anyway and costs extra), and only had diet left.
