The staff were all amazing and easily the star of the trip. The ship was very nice and the food excellent.

Orchid classic is a very comfortable cruise boat on the bay. I think it lacks things like a decent wifi (I wasn’t able to really get it to function at any point during two night stay) , the tours weren’t very good - the day tour to the island was average, I’m no sure what the point of it was…, the food over two nights was ok.
For the price I really wanted much more from this. The staff were incredible and easily the highlight. Things like tai chi and cooking class were brilliant. Food left me feeling a little flat and I wanted so much more after several nights of food tours in Hanoi. The exclusive suite was stunning but no wifi reached the room and the bed was very very firm which might be good for others.
I only write this to provide positive feedback to the company that can improve.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, although there are a few things that could be improved. I hope to return one day!
We loved the clean room with a nice bathtub with the view. Food was great as well. It was nice to have free access to drinking water, but unfortunately the bottle lids were full of mold.
The early morining kayaking in the quiet bay was very pleasant. Swimming was just jumping into the water from the cruise ship stopped offshore, so no resting on the beach. The shuttle car to and from was very bumpy.
