Ilora Retreats

Staying at this wonderful campsite was a true pleasure and an unforgettable adventure. Ilora Campground is a truly unique place, nestled amidst truly untamed nature. Some of the animals are literally within arm's reach. Excellent food, excellent organization of work and safari trips – all of this is primarily due to the excellent service, led by a professional and dedicated manager. Excellent cuisine, clean, comfortable, well-equipped tents, and a top-notch crew – that's what Ilora Hotel is all about. We relaxed and saw more than we could have dreamed of. At the same time, Ilora Hotel places a strong emphasis on the safety of its guests, day and night. We highly recommend it.

The location and staff were exceptional - nothing was too much effort to make our stay memorable. The tents are the perfect balance between luxury and rustic Africa. The food was delicious and our game drive experiences truly out of a movie. A very special stay.

The hot water and WiFi is intermittent so I would recommend getting a SIM card ahead of arrival. The drinks are all an extra charge except for tea, coffee and water. The game drives don’t include drinks so make sure you ask for what you need (at an extra cost) if you would like a drink.
