Welcome to our New tranquil **Solar-powered getaway!
Charming Downtown Loft with Modern Amenities
New, stylish and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom loft located in the heart of Migori. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business guests, this space offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern charm.
The Space
• Bedroom: A spacious queen-size bed with premium linens, blackout curtains, and temporary space for your belongings.
• Living Area: Relax on the plush sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the 32" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other apps.
• Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Enjoy warming your food in microwave safe, environmentally friendly wheat straw utensils.
• Bathroom: Modern and sparkling clean, featuring a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.
• Workspace: A comfortable desk with high-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for remote work or study.

Nestled in the vibrant downtown of Migori town, you’re just steps away from:
• Trendy Cafes, restaurants, and bars
• Local amenities and shopping supermarkets
• Public transportation for easy access to the rest of the city (Lichota Airstrip only 20 minutes away, Taxis, Motorcycles)
• Only 35 minutes from Maasai Mara and Sirare by Tanzanian border
Guest access
All unlocked spaces are open to checked in guests. Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft,
Secure, free on-site parking If you have a personal vehicle.
Other things to note
• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Self-check-in available with a keypad for your convenience
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone
• Perfect for short- or long-term stays
• There will be a cleaning fee, late check-out fee, and extra guest fee
• You will be required to provide ID as a standard practice to ensure safety, accountability, and a positive hosting experience.
Please note that the entire unit has the Standard Kenyan Socket( type G which has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern) and therefore you will need to carry a Universal Multi Plug Adapter incase your charger is not compatible with this type of socket
