I would not recommend this place. We arrived at 3 PM after requesting early check-in, but no one was there and our messages were ignored. After waiting an hour, Delphina finally showed up and told us there were “problems.” The bathroom door got stuck and we were told to fix it ourselves. After hours of waiting for a technician, we also discovered the sink was clogged, the toilet dirty and smelly, and the whole apartment unclean. Later that night, we found cockroaches, which was unacceptable with three small children. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable, the communication was terrible, and even returning the keys turned into a stressful situation. Delphina promised compensation for all the issues but never paid it. A very disappointing and unhygienic experience.

Very nice hosts but apartment was dirty and very outdated

The host was very nice and very helpful. Fresh towels and clean bedding

The area is ok during the day, doesn’t look too safe when walking in the night time. Apartment is good size just very outdated. The floors were dirty, there were hair everywhere. Shelves in the wardrobe were dusty, had to wash them before putting the clothes in. There’s no place to dry your beach towels, only outside the window. The corridor when you leave the lift is very dark and smell is very unpleasant. In the main room there’s a ceiling fan but it doesn’t seem to work, it was so hot during the night it was hard to sleep. In the other room there’s a climate control unit so it was way better. It’s not bad overall but it definitely needs a bit of updating. If the corridor would have been brighter it would make a difference too. There are like 5 locks on the door from the inside so it makes you wonder if it is safe to even stay there.

La verdad para quienes vayan en coche y con familia no lo recomiendo, el alojamiento es muy viejo con mucho mobiliario en mal estado, y faltan muchos complementos necesarios para estar cómodo, entiendo que este tipo de alojamiento puede ser para grupos de chicos/as que quieran conocer la vida nocturna de la ciudad, pero no lo veo adecuado para familias

Zona prácticamente imposible de aparcar, mobiliario muy viejo y descuidado o en mal estado, falta de accesorios como pinzas para la ropa, tostadora ...

carino e accogliente ma attenzione ai dettagli sono quelli che fanno la differenza

La posizione vicinissima al porto al centro e la mare . Zone di shopping e supermercati. E’ al 5 piano arioso e luminoso e ha l’ascensore. Ottimi i portoni con chiave di sirurezza chiusi elettronicamente. Le attrezzature disponibili in casa sono molte come la macchinetta del caffè, accessori cucina, ascougacapelli ,ferro da stiro e disponibilità di ventilatore aria condizionata, serrande elettriche e tende esterne alla finestra per fare ombra .

La pulizia dell’appartamento non era ben fatta, alcune cose non vengono pulite da molto, ad esempio pale del ventilatore a soffitto inoltre ci sono tante cose rotte o rovinate, scaffali armadiatura, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, le sedie del tavolo che erano inutilizzabili quasi tutte perché traballanti . Un peccato perché l’appartamento ha un buon potenziale.

Nos resultó complicado dormir con el calor que hacía en el apartamento. Tenía un aire acondicionado portátil pero no era suficiente y hacía demasiado ruido. El apartamento necesita una reforma.

Le 66 Carnot...😍

Grand appartement. Équipé de tout le nécessaire. Pratique pour tout ! Devant l'immeuble, un arrêt de bus vous emmène partout. La gare de Cannes est accessible à pied (7-8 minutes). À proximité, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin : un bureau de tabac, une boulangerie, un kebab, une supérette ouverte 24h/24, trois boulangeries, deux coiffeurs et bien plus encore. Bref, tout est à portée de main. Je le recommande particulièrement aux familles, mais aussi aux jeunes voyageant en groupe. Nous avons eu des contacts avec Delphine… Je la remercie du fond du cœur pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse à chaque instant. Elle a eu la gentillesse de nous confier les clés, même si nous avions réservé à la dernière minute. Merci Delphine.

Séjour au calme bien situé à Cannes

L'appartement est calme car il ne donne pas sur la rue passante. Il est spacieux. Il est bien situé : proche des commerces, à 10 min de la gare et 15 min du palais des festival. Delphine est très réactive et attentionnée.
