Had great views of the Mediterranean from the balcony that caught the evening sun.
It was further out from Cannes centre than i thought, approximately 2 miles The life guard at the pool seemed very strict with the guests and wouldnt let our son wear a T shirt in the water to protect his skin from the sun (not the hosts fault). But less than 100 metres from the beach.

The hosts were great. Very welcoming, very helpful, considerate. The view is also nice.
The entire building is out dated & in need of refurb/upgrade.
