The apartment is finished and presented beautifully. And very comfortable from bed to bath and living rooms. Rural outlook of olive trees and smatterings of Trulli; and Locorotondo and Cisternino mark the horizon. Well equipped kitchen and staples in the pantry so we could prepare/cook breakfasts (eggs, oats, fruit from local s'market) before venturing out, and even bought local produce to cook an evening meal and enjoy a local wine on the terrace. Host Luigi met us at the property at the arranged time to welcome us and introduce the property. This property combines rural location and walk to town convenience. Martina Franca is a georgious town and I don't think it sees the day-tour traffic. Only 8 or 9 minutes walk to the town center, and you can halve the walk along the road section if you take the lane beside Capella Spirito Santo. This also avoids the narrowest part of the road.

Everything. The apartment was so clean and beautifully done. The furnishings were stylish and chairs and beds were very comfortable. There were several terraces with seating to see the beautiful expansive views. We could see Locorotondo and truili's from our private terrace. The kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to make a meal. The refrigerator was well stocked with fruit, yogurt, milk, soda, water and sparkling wine. There were many pastry and crossiants. The hosts were very accessible and helpful. It was a short walk to old town on a very busy road. The town was beautiful with many sites and numerous dining options. Parking was on site and there was a locked gate. The apartment was very peaceful and quiet.

Absolument tout ! L’accueil par l’hôte, la qualité du logement et des finitions. Nous n’avons pas cuisiné mais il avait l’air d’y avoir tout ce qu’il fallait. Superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Literie ferme confortable. Et gros <3 pour les croissants apportés par l’hôte pour le petit-déjeuner ! De plus il y a un parking privé et un petit jardin
