The home is well maintained & stocked. Although it is located in a neighborhood next to other homes, the lots are large, creating a sense of privacy with beautiful natural landscaping. The home is spacious with 3 baths, 3 large bedrooms, an open kitchen/great room, plus a nice pool area & plenty of room to relax. It's also close to shopping and activities including many hiking trails. Our group loved the atmosphere along with the natural light from the large windows showing a picturesque hillside view.
Hard to make any comments because the home exceeded our expectations. The only things I would offer is possibly adding a hot tub as well as adding window covering on all of the windows and sliders for added privacy and safety.
