Хотелът е разположен на изключително красиво и спокойно място, заобиколено от зеленина. Дворът е прекрасен – просторен, много добре поддържан и с чудесен басейн, който допълва усещането за пълноценна почивка. Атмосферата е уютна и спокойна. Хареса ни, че мястото съчетава усещане за природа и домашен уют с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Закуската е на блок-маса, много вкусна, с преобладаващо домашни продукти. Домакините са много симпатични и предразполагащи хора. Препоръчваме мястото с удоволствие и със сигурност бихме се върнали.

Това място е истински Рай! Изключително доволни сме от всичко! Гостоприемни и любезни домакини, определено са оставили сърцата си на това място!Много удобни легла и възглавници! Повече от чудесна и вкусна храна!Басейна и истинско бижу! Комфорт,тишина и спокойствие! Препоръчвам това място за почивка и релаксация!

The property itself is nice and very well thought of. We stayed in a chalet and it offers a two story small house , ideal for a family. It has a little terrace in front. The breakfast didn’t offer a great selection , but was okay. The region around Beli Osam is beautiful, there are nice hikes and a climbing park for the kids within a walking distance. The two nearby restaurants Hitar Peter and the Han are also very good.

The owners are kind people, but they are completely lacking knowledge how to take care of tourists. You have the feeling you are constantly monitored not to break something. We asked for wine glasses on the first evening as we wanted to stay outside in the garden and enjoy some drinks. The owner wasn’t happy about it and asked us to be very quiet. Needless to say, we intended to be quiet and not disturb anyone. On the second evening, we asked if we can use one of the common dining areas to order food from one of the restaurants (The Han), the owner told us we have to pay 50€ and tidy up / bring the dishes in the kitchen room. It wasn’t possible to use the sauna. I was told it is against an extra charge , I got no answer when I asked how much was the charge. We couldn’t move the sun umbrellas on our own, the owner had to do that , not to break them and so on. There is no coffee / tea maker in the room, no wine glasses.
