Mostly I liked the location and the size of the property- not big, not too small. The rooms are spacious and very clean! The swimming pools are big and the water is super clean. The spa centre is very well equipped. The food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner - both were great with variety of choices.The best part was the staff, namely Silvia (receptionist), and Krum ( waiter). They were very kind and super helpful!
They had a renovation going on on the outside of the walls, which caused some noise until 4 pm, but the extremely kind and helpful staff - Silvia and Krum managed to compensate it 😊

Hotel Fairy is one of the most cozy places near Troyan. The spa facilities are nice and the kids play zone is OK. The New year's eve dinner and show were amazing!
The promised hour for the New year's eve dinner was not kept and all the people needed to wait in front of the restaurant door for at least 30 minutes, some even 1h.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice Spa and super comfy room. The food served for breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious. Beautiful location.
There were a lot of kids jumping, screaming and splashing in the pool which is not nice for the people who want to relax. The breakfast staff was a little slow and the coffee was horrible so we had to pay for proper coffee.

I shoud like if they begin the dinner early , 6 o clock. maybe.
I have a sugestion if they can have a protection at the outdoor pool when you enter in the pool. A protection bare to keep your hand when you enter.
