Exactly as shown in photos - you have the three front rooms of a lovely old villa set in pretty gardens. Completely private and quiet but the owners are on site if you need them. Quaint and quirky, a step back in time. Spacious bedroom with lovely comfortable bed and high quality linens, great big bathroom with good quality towels, and sitting room with generous breakfast provisions, fruit and treats. Leonie and Dale are great hosts, kind and thoughtful. The villa is just along from the main shopping/cafe area, so handy to everything. Greytown was busy at Easter and the surrounding streets were at a premium for parking so I appreciated Dale's offer of off-street parking. I would stay again and recommend to others.
