Friendly and helpful staff, real comfortable and cozy rooms that are very nice indeed. Location is awesome, right in the middle of town. Clean, tidy and modern. Would definitely stay again and will tell friends and family as well.

The pub was fine - iconic in Greytown
The room we stayed in was poor. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There is nowhere in the bathroom for toiletries. The room was very cold and the heater didn't work properly. There is no soundproofing between rooms.
