La atención del personal fue por mucho lo mejor del lugar. Los espacios y las instalaciones muy buenas, pero la.valkdez con la que nos atendieron fue excepcional
No había agua embotellada en las habitaciones, si necesitábamos agua había que ir hasta el lobby donde había un despachador y vasitos desechables.

Muy buena ubicación con todo cerca, la atención inmejorable todos muy amables y sus jardines preciosos
Por la mañana mucho ruido desde muy temprano, entendible porque nos tocó habitación cerca de la cocina pero aún así bastante agradable y tranquilo.

el hotel necesita nuevas camas y mejor presencia , el hotel es caro para lo que ofrece, casi no tuvimos agua caliente y Coatepec es frío.
