I especially appreciated their help in recommending and arranging a restaurant for my Valentine’s celebration. The property itself was exceptional—beautifully modern, impeccably maintained, and in pristine condition. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience

Communication with the owner was good. He came and bought us the key, but I don't know how we would have got in without having to push for him to come and meet up with us as he wanted us to transfer money to him and send over copies of ID for all adults. We still are not happy to do this.

The property wa disgusting. We are so glad we didn't look under the besds until we left. The towels (1 towel) was covered in hair and the blinds mouldy and didn't cover the windows as most were broken. no curtains and hardly any bulbs. One bedroom there was one light bulb and it was so dim we just couldn't see. Literally one fork, 4 kives and 3 spoons and a few plates. No pots and pans to cook with. Every door handle fell off because there were no screws keeping them on, we spent a very scary hour getting my 11 year old daughter out of a bathroom after the handles came off. serious hazard and safety issue. broken draws in freezer, holes in the floor hidden by putting pots over them. When you turned the showers on they both sprayed the entire room as they weren't put in properly, so we couldn't shower.

Apartment very nice, good location.

The apartment was very nice, clean on arrival and had what we needed for a very busy weekend, washing machine included. It was 10 min walk to train station which was good for us as we were getting a shuttle bus from there daily for the F1. The host was nice when communicating with us but it wasn't a seamless stay unfortunately.

We were told after check in time (3pm) that we couldn't check in until 6pm, which after a travel day on trains with luggage wasn't ideal. We had to pay a £150 deposit via bank transfer (we had to make a new account for this) and then it took a week to receive it back (luckily I have UK family) as the owner couldn't transfer to us using any common payment methods. We didn't have anything to wash our dishes with, the owner offered to bring us some but kept forgetting. I think it was unlucky timing as the visitors beforehand had supposedly trashed the place so we are grateful it was spotless on arrival but the communication just didn't hit the mark unfortunately.

These people are criminals who left a disabled mom out from hospital to see her kids for one night without the repayment

The property was only ok but a 250£ deposit was paid to this property owner ! I asked for all the details of the company ie company number and address and owners name! They told me I didn’t need it and they didn’t receive my bank transfer! But it was 18.00 and I couldn’t call my bank so they wanted 250£ instead! And they told me they would meet me when checking out and return the cash and the bank deposit if it wasn’t returned to my bank I said ok please stick to your word

The next day the electricity went off at 7am check out was not till 12 ! And I made it a special night for my children as I am on medication trials up north As I suffer from chronic lung disease & osteoporosis and fibromyalgia so I have spent most of last 4 years in hospital so when I have a few good days me and my children whom have to stay with their dad due to my sickness try and have a lovely time together when I do get out for a few days ! However the place wax so cold and no shower we had to leave early but it was so cold I got chest infection and now pneumonia! I kept calling the guy to meet us at apartment and return 2 deposits as the bank one went through also so they are scumbag criminals whom purposely robbed 2 deposits of 250£ each = 500£ and laughed on the phone and said actually we won’t return to you as you were not nice on the phone Never ever stay there they would rob Everything you have! I have never been so scared and upset

Não aluguem esse local! Eles só passam informações de checkin depois de você pagar um depósito de 250£ foram super mal educados comigo e eu havia reservado apenas um dia 140£ o que era impossível pagar 250£ de depósito! Eles não devolveram meu dinheiro! Acredito que façam isso pois se você cancelar perderá o dinheiro e eles ficaram com ele livre. Procurem outro lugar pois esse não vale a pena

Empresa irresponsável que ao invés de fazer um bom trabalho são ladroes
