Nettes Apartement in sehr ruhiger Lage außerhalb vom Touristischen Trubel
Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb von Kolberg. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, fussläufig 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage und ist auch aus der Tiefgarage bequem mit einem der zwei Fahrstühle zu erreichen. Die Betten und auch die Schlafcouch sind bequem. Es lässt sich gut schlafen. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon Richtung Nebenwohnblock. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und lässt sich für die Nacht auch leise stellen. Der Pool im Erdgeschoss ist recht klein und hat einen Bademeister vor Ort. Es gibt noch zwei Blubbersitzbecken und einen Kleinkinderbereich. Auch eine Sauna ist vorhanden. Im Fittnessraum sollte man sich vor einer Benutzung der Geräte diese ganz genau anschauen. Ein Stellplatz in der Garage(2m Höhe)lässt sich im Automaten vor der Eingangstür der Apartmentanlage buchen. 25 Zl 24h. Im Eingangsbereich sitzt ein Sicherheitsdienstmitarbeiter der sich freut wenn man ihn beachtet und grüßt. Der Strand ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt dort ein paar Buden mit Eis, Snacks, Strandsachen und natürlich Zapiekanka. Nach Kolberg oder Ustronie Morskie sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Es habe keinen Stausauger oder einen Besen. Nur ein kleiner Handbesen mit Schaufel sind in der Wohnung. Auch die Dame die den Flur gereinigt hat, verweigerte uns leider ein kurzes ausleihen ihres Staubsaugers.

Apartament nie duży, ale komfortowy, na krótki pobyt dla rodziny wystarczający. W salonie rozkładana kanapa, w sypialni wygodne łóżko, kuchnia wyposażona w naczynia, sztućce, garnki. Ogólnie czysto i przyjemnie. W budynku do dyspozycji bardzo przyjemna strefa basenowa z sauną i jacuzzi, dla młodszych fajna sala zabaw. Okolica cicha i spokojna do plaży spacerkiem 10 min
Na wyposażeniu pokoju w łazience przydało by się mydło, a w kuchni płyn do naczyń, żeby na krótki pobyt nie trzeba było tego kupować. W łazience przez prawie cały pobyt mieliśmy bardzo zimno, pewnie przez jakąś usterkę techniczną, ale ze względu na okres świąteczny nawet nie było komu tego zgłosić
