The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been designed with a modern and airy aesthetic, paying attention to every detail. It features a private bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, and a bathroom with a washing machine. The living room opens directly onto a private garden surrounded by lush greenery — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
