Great place, near the mall and easy access to transportation.
The owner should notify the building management for pest control as needed.

Was able to do late check-ins. Instructions were clear. Convenient location, with a mall downstairs in the same complex. Great value for money. Space was sufficient for our needs. Good air conditioning. Despite instructions saying there's no hot shower and bidet, they are actually available and working during our stay.
If you are squeamish, there are a couple little bugs (baby cockroaches? not really sure) coming out of the drain beside the toilet. Suggests that pest control must be done (although from experience with other stays I've been, hosts say it's a building issue and not a unit owner, but would still be good if something is done about it). Otherwise, the unit seems clean.

It had no bidet and the dark ambience. Not evem a tissue was provided.
