Same as my first stay at this unit, I was entertained well by the owner. The place was top notch and I recommend it. I will definitely stay at this unit again sooner or later.

The only pros is that it’s located in Grace residences but this unit is not recommended. It’s filthy. So disappointing.

To be honest our stay here is great and I can recommend it to others however, for the comfort room it seems it should be clean properly since there are some residue of soap on the wall and hair on the drainage.

The unit is beautiful and clean. The landlady is very kind and considerate. It’s really worth it — the place is very comfortable. The only downside is it was very hard to book a Joyride or Grab. We spent almost an hour trying to book and no one accepted. But if you have your own car, this place is really good for relaxation. Overall, I’m satisfied with the stay and would go here again if given the chance.
