Very close to RER station. Shops and a supermarket really close for provisions. Very clean and great to have cooking facilities to help keep costs down. Excellent information provided. Host Yann very friendly and helpful. A perfect apartment for a solo traveller staying in Paris for a few days.

The appartment was cosy and warm ,it was very inviting .The travel from gagne to Paris itself was perfect and no hassle at all. There is a welcoming cafe on the corner and they were a huge help to us also serve amazing coffee. It's a perfect little apartment for a couple.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and noisy due to the sheets used but it's understandable with keeping the mattress clean. It would have been perfect if bath towels were left not just hand towels. We were welcomed by a strong smell of cannabis due to 2 gentlemen smoking it outside the front door it was a little disheartening but out of your control I'm guessing. Also the photo of the outside of the building did not match the photo on the site.

A very nice apartment with a sofa bed and a small bathroom. Everything was new and very clean. Even before I arrived, the host sent me very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, how to unfold the sofa etc,, and some local tips. The host communicated with me in writing during my stay, asking if everything was okay. I appreciated the welcome box with coffee, tea, and some treats. There is a small kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. Towels are also provided.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, which is quiet and peaceful. The main street with a supermarket open until the evening, a bakery, etc. is a short walk away. It is really close to the train station, and you can easily get to the center of Paris by train in 30 minutes.
It was perfectly adequate for two nights in a location I was traveling to for a concert.
I would appreciate a larger towel and cloth dish towel, a bedside table, and a night lamp. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The accommodation even slightly exceeded my expectations.
