Even basic amenities not fulfilled, no proper response from property vendor, no trouble shooting initiatives at any poin

Was a gated apartment

Property vendor had not advertised any details about how to find the apartment, no proper apartment address provided on booking.com. He mentioned it after calling and messaging him hours together. Many of light bulbs were not working, radiators switched off by apartment not able to switch on as needed by us, Most important of all , toilet stopped flushing on day 2 of our 4 day stay, and inspite of mentioning this to the property vendor through booking.com no measures were taken till the end. We had to fetch water from the bathtub next door and clean the toilets .. also no toilet rolls enough for the stay provided for the such high costs that they have charged ..

Sheets, floors and rugs were all dirty, we had a hard time feeling comfortable especially with all the bedbugs talk. We tried to reach to the owners about the cleanliness but they didn’t bother to reply and didn’t seem interested at all at helping us.

Great location: 200m from RER Train Station (halfway between Paris and Disneyland) and has a Shopping Mall also very close with all comodities. The kitchen and the room very complet with all necessary things.

Pleasant

The property is very well linked by public transport with Paris and Disneyland. There were coffee capsules, sugar and tea provided. The apartemnt looks nice and neat when you first arrive.

There were no instructions on how to operate the items in the apartment (TV, oven, dishwasher, electric blinds) nor on how to prepare for check out (reclycling, trash bins, etc). Only an email was sent teh night before checout, but there was still no information on where to throw the trash. The electric blinds in the living room were not working and were stuck half way through, which made sleeping in the sofa bed located there very difficult. We were three people and only the bed in the bedroom was made, but not the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed to make it, the cover was really dirty, so my husband decided to sleep on the sofa instead. Also, no hand towels were provided, only big towels. The shower did not have a showerhead holder, so taking a shower was very difficult, having to leave the showerhead on the bath floor while shampooing. The light in the bathroom was not working properly and made the bathroom very dark, including while taking a shower. The heating in the apartment was not working and the host was unable to provide accurate instructions to switch it on other that turning the hob, which were all stuck and would not turn. Consequently, the apartment was really cold. The cutlery was also insufficient (only 4 or 5 knives, no pizza cutter, etc) and we had to buy dishwasher tablets as they were not provided. The stay could have been much more confortable if all of the above had been addressed beforehand. They are not big terrible issues, but they can make a big difference for the guests that can dictate the difference between an excellent stay and a "fair" stay. I hope this will help the host improve the apartement.

Very clean and welcoming Picking up the keys and entering the apartment for the first time was quite difficult and requires walking. (you cannot get to the apartment garage without the keys) Parking in front of the apartment is technically impossible. But part of the rent is a parking space in the underground garage. (If you already have the keys, it's OK. )

Parking in the garage is not suitable for large and tall cars (offroad and similar high over 1,8 m and 5m large )

La caution de 700€ après le paiement de la location j’ai pas apprécié surtout que ce n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce et qui est soi-disant un emprunt alors que non c’est un paiement et qui n’est toujours pas remboursé après 6 jours

Désastreux !

Le lit étais confortable le rer A est à même pas 5 minutes de marche !

Multiples dégradations à notre arrivée volet du séjour et télécommande fonctionne pas seulement celui de la chambre les toilettes font un bruit continue sans arrêt le lavabo de la salle de bain étais boucher le radiateur de la chambre cause une fuite d’eau quand on l’allume et il ne chauffe pas grand chose il y fait très froid à cause des voisins hyper désagréable de l’étage au dessus car ils mettent la Clim alors qu’on est en plaine hiver c’est du grand n’importe quoi sans compter les 700€ de caution qui sont juste exagéré pour les problèmes trouver à notre arrivée il y a aussi plusieurs prises qui ne fonctionne pas la table manque de tomber elle tourne donc dévisse les chaises grince au mois’ de mouvement pareil pour le canapé un des accoudoir qui est creux une déco du hall d’entré est cassée la télé est une vrai galère pour l’allumer le wifi n’est pas inscrit sur la box et le logement étais super difficile à trouver car parmi tout les bâtiment il n’est pas marquer et pour info c’est le bâtiment 7 au cas où vous auriez du mal à trouvez le chauffage ne marche presque pas et les 700€ de caution sont justifiés apparemment car la vaisselle est en porcelaine et les verres en cristal ! Les serviettes sentent extrêmement mauvais le verrouillage des toilettes est impossible il n’y a pas de lumière dans la chambre si ce n’est la lampe dans le coins sur l’étagère et il y a une odeur désagréable dans l’appartement je déconseille fortement

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Paris

Gute Lage, weil super Anbindung an die Bahn, in 30 min in der Innenstadt ohne umsteigen. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen an einem See mit Spielplatz und Verweilmöglichkeiten, sie ist geräumig und hat sogar einen kleinen Garten/ Terrasse. Das Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage parken und ist somit sogar wettergeschützt. Wie man in die Wohnung und Garage kommt ist kompliziert aber sehr gut erklärt und somit kein Problem!

Die Beleuchtung ist sehr spärlich, teilweise gibt es keine Glühbirnen in den Lampen und wenn es welche gibt sind diese sehr dunkel. Der Allgemeinzustand der Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, es wäre schön gewesen wenn das Sofa/dritte Bett schon gerichtet und Decke bezogen gewesen wäre. Wenn man ein großes Auto hat ist diese Tiefgarage nicht geeignet, da man kaum um die Ecken kommt!

J'ai apprécié la localisation proche du RER qui nous emmene dans Paris en 20 minutes, le centre commercial facile d'accés, le parking pour garer notre véhicule.

Des petites choses qui nous ont embêté sans être complétement négatifs : . un volet roulant qui ne fonctionnait pas . Des ampoules dans l'entrée et la cuisine non fonctionnelles . une vitre de la piéce principale félée . l'exterieur pas tondu, donc pas possible d'en profiter

A medio camino entre Paris y Disney y 5 a min del tren RER que te lleva. Zona con buen ambiente. En urbanización cerrada. Muy limpio. Café y utensilios si los necesitas. Buen precio habiendo reservado con tiempo. Instrucciones de acceso precisas. Buena plaza de parking.

Exigen 1.000 € de fianza con tarjeta el día de acceso para dar los códigos. Con esa fianza cabe esperar un apartamento en perfectas condiciones. Medio reformado pero no bien mantenido. Mal iluminado, sin bombillas en cocina ni habitación. Persiana no funciona. Almohadas muy incómodas. Sofá cama solo aceptable para niños pequeños que podrían dormir en el suelo (muy incómodo). Humedad en techo de baño. Jardín descuidado.

Recoger las llaves me costó muchísimo. Metía el código pero había que darle a una ruedecita cosa que yo no sabía. Intentamos contactar pero no conseguimos hablar con nadie. Me gustó la ubicación cerca de Disney y el centro de París.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Teniendo en cuenta que es un apartamento con cocina, etc. los electrodomésticos deberían estar más limpios. En general, las toallas y ropa de cama tampoco estaban demasiado bien y la araña en el wc y la tela de araña junto a la bañera, tampoco ayudaron demasiado.
