The address needs to be more accurate. We walked around and asked people in the neighborhood around for 30 minutes+ to try to find the hotel. No one knew either. This accuracy can be achieved by describing the color of the hotel building and adding an image of the front of the building. Mostly, write the address accurately: instead of 87, write 87C for the address. If this doesn’t work, explain to your guests all the above descriptions. Additionally, the instructions to get to the actual room once you get into the hotel building needs to be pre-written and sent to guests so they’re not waiting for host to give instructions in real time. Speaking of, host response could have been quicker so guests aren’t waiting outside in the scorching heat or brutal winter while waiting for the host to respond. I hope the host takes this feedback constructively and not as an offense. Everything else was great!
