環境乾淨舒適，冷氣很涼！衛浴很乾淨！
隔音稍差，有人很晚睡在講話都會聽到，隔天早上有人早起走路講話就會被吵醒，我算好睡所以沒差～會介意的人可以帶一下耳塞。

1. 民宿位於瑞芳車站附近，搭乘大眾運輸很方便，開車附近也有停車場 2. 附近生活機能很棒，有很多餐點可以選擇 3. 房間乾淨，不會有悶悶的感覺，基本功能健全，床墊躺起來蠻舒服的

位置很棒，距離車站近、附近生活機能很棒，有很多餐點可以選擇。 住宿環境非常乾淨，基本功能健全。 房間簡單、整潔有致；床墊不會太硬，躺起來很舒服。 因為行程安排，我大概晚上十點左右抵達民宿，謝謝民宿接待人員願意等我到深夜，在此致上十二萬分的感謝。
隔音稍微差了點，其他房客開/關門、在走廊走動的腳步聲清晰可聞，但屬於可以接受的範圍。
