- 1 dishwasher detergent
- 1 paper towel
- 1 toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 trash bag per trash can
A departure clean is included in your stay.
The pool will be closed for the season beginning October 1 and will reopen in April.
Only 2 vehicles are permitted and must have a parking pass displayed at all times while on the property. Towing is strictly enforced.
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. 6 ADULTS MAX. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.
Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

We had a wonderful time at this property. Location was great, almost directly in between garden city pier and surfside pier! We live to walk so actually walked to both and grabbed a bite to eat. Love having the ocean view, even saw a few dolphins and sea turtles this trip.

This is a wonderful beach front location and stunning views. A little bit of maintenance would have made this a 5 star - the disposal was OOO and the shower wall needed repairs. There are steps going down to access room 208 we were not aware of. Hacess

Great location but the unit itself really needs some work! There is visible mold in the bathrooms and the unit was pretty dirty when we checked in. Rugs definitely need to be replaced and it’s also impossible to use the dryer while actually in the unit since it’s vented into the room. Could also use some new dishes/pots/silverware etc. pictures look way better than it is unfortunately!
