The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living area provides a seamless flow and breathtaking ocean views. Relax and unwind on the covered balcony, taking in the incredible vistas and savoring the soothing coastal breeze.
Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. Fall asleep to the tranquil sound of the ocean in the master bedroom, located just a few feet away from the shore. The remaining bedrooms feature queen-size beds, with one room boasting a queen bunk bed with a full-size bed on top. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available inside the unit.
Please note that this vacation rental offers weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday from May 18-Sept 14. We will consider shorter stays outside of these dates.

This is a beautiful spacious condo and a great location! First floor, beach front and beside the pool. We spent endless hours on the balcony/porch! Sunrises are perfect! Walk to the pier or up to the Conch Cafe! The sand is like sugar and the beach is so clean, as they rake the brach most mornings!We've stayed in Garden City many times, but this was the best!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room, kitchen is fully stocked and clean. The view of the beach was wonderful to wake up to every morning! Loved having the balcony to drink coffee on, to watch the sunrise, and overlook the pool.
This condo has all the amenities you could want for the best vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, clean linens, hand/dish soap were available, and the beach closet with the toys/chairs was wonderful!
We couldn't have asked for a better stay-and hope to visit again soon!

The condo was clean and right on the beach. Loved the kitchen supplies, the relaxation, and the very short walk to the beach.

What a beautiful condo. Pictures on VRBO are exactly the same as Condo. Easy access to the beach.Owners were very accessible for any needs.Will definitely be making a return stay !!
