March 29 - April 6, 2025. Spring Break trip. Clean, comfortable, manageable vacation rental. With a minor AC hiccup and an early check out, we had a spectacular stay at this home. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. Advertised a heated pool, but you have to pay extra for the heat. That was new. Helpful and courteous management/owners we enjoyed all of it.

I just want to let you know a few things…the ant problem was not good and the ant traps didn’t work, the pool was ok but dirty a lot and with not much sun in the pool area it needs to be warmer for guest. we didn’t have enough toilet paper for the days we were here and the hallway bathroom toilet we have had to plunge every single time we used it. Also kitchen plates, bowls and silverware etc should be more supplied. Also more deck furniture. I have the towels on laundry room floor. Bedding in rooms and we have cleaned up nicely. Not sure what you want to do with all the mishaps because I feel the price we or anyone pay to stay in this house things should be in working order and especially bathroom essentials should be available to where someone doesn’t have to get a hold of anyone on their stay.
