-Dual-sided Keurig with K-cups, sugar and creamer packets provided so you have coffee when you arrive.
-Air fryer, crock pot, toaster, blender.
-Outdoor grill for cooking dinner outside with a cool drink in hand!
-Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room.
-Wi-Fi, pool towels, basic needs like Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.
Beach days will be a breeze!
-Beach chairs, beach toys, wagon, umbrella, Igloo cooler, beach bags and beach towels available for your use as you head out to enjoy the beautiful beaches the area has to offer!
Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy a game of foosball or mini-pool! Many board games are also provided for you to enjoy.
Enjoy streaming your favorite show while relaxing on the very comfortable reclining couches.

Fishing, swimming, boating, etc. is not permitted in the lakes.
Less than 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach, and easy access to Sannibel and Captiva Island and several golf courses and shopping centers.
Washer and dryer and laundry detergent provided.
Dining table has a hidden leaf to seat more people.
Maximum 8 people allowed.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please plan to maintain a respectful noise level if you book our property.
No boating, fishing or swimming is permitted in the lakes. Occasionally, there are alligators spotted in the lakes, please use caution when outside the lanai.
There are two cameras on the property. One is located on the front of the house viewing the driveway, and the second one is on the rear of the house facing part of the pool and the lake.

Excellent stay! The host was very communicative and responded in a timely manner. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air fryer was a hit! The pool was well heated and clean. The outdoor space was a great place to gather when we weren’t out exploring the area. It was an easy walk over to Target. Walmart and Publix were very easy to drive to. There are a variety of games to play as well as a combo foosball/pool table for entertainment. When we headed to the beach, which was just a short drive away, we had everything we could need! A cooler, chairs, beach towels, and a wagon to help get everything onto the beach easily. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We were able to watch the wildlife in the lake while drinking our morning coffee made in the Keurig coffee machine. We felt like we were home except home was in the Midwest and freezing while we were soaking in the sunshine in this beautiful, welcoming home.

All things are very nice, the pool was covered for the season so I can't really assess that. Otherwise it's a great property
