About this house rental
"OLD REHOBOTH CHARM" with FABULOUS UPDATES! A stone's throw from the beach in the ocean block, this wonderful 4 BR home with a rear cottage with an additional BR, sleeps 10 in total. You will love the updated kitchen and 3 new baths. The whole family will find both privacy and plenty of spaces to gather in this home. The super spacious rear screened porch has a comfy sectional couch and a extra large outdoor TV for evening movies plus a dining table for alfresco dining. There's also another alfresco dining option on the front porch! Although incredible gourmet and casual restaurants are in walking distance, dining in is so convenient in the renovated kitchen and grilling is easy with a propane BBQ grill on the rear patio. The "Pines" location can't be beat... hop on the nearby bike trail, located in the scenic Gordon's Pond State Park; hit the boardwalk for some classic beach snacks, arcade games or the rides at Funland; shop or dine in some of the most unique shops and restaurants in the region, or take a stroll through the grounds of the Rehoboth Art League in nearby Henlopen Acres,. After a glorious beach day, have a catch in the fenced backyard and end the afternoon with a refreshing outdoor shower! The layout is perfect for multigenerational families; there is plenty of room for games and puzzles on the porches and the rear cottage is perfect for young adults or grandparents. The cottage also offers a kitchenette a full bath and laundry facilities. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. I have been coming to Bethany Beach for more than 60 years...this year we looked in Rehoboth and found this lovely cottage. Description was accurate, the place was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of spaces for our family to gather and also to get away from each other. The small cabin in the back was a welcome respite for our single adult who loves this family gathering but needs alone time. The location in The Pines was special because the beach is not at all crowded and the vegetation provided privacy.

Wonderful beach house-close to the beach and the boardwalk, nicely shaded street, place to do puzzle, eat dinner and play games, comfortable beds, and an excellent outdoor shower!
