Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly! They were so accommodating about us keeping our stuff in the lobby until our room was ready and then room itself was gorgeous and so clean. The bathroom had an incredible bath salt and tub that I’ll never forget!

I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical whatsoever. And again the noise was too unbearable. The staff was lovely though.
